Breaking the Stigma, Healing the Mind
Feeling like anxiety is running your life, or that past experiences keep showing up at the worst times? You’re not alone. Anxiety doesn’t define you—it’s just one part of your story. And the good news? You don’t have to face it alone.
I work with teens and adults ready to reclaim calm, confidence, and control. Anxiety often stems from past experiences or trauma, leaving you stuck in loops of stress, worry, or overthinking. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, let go of what no longer serves you, and build strategies that actually stick—helping you feel stronger, more resilient, and yes, even a little lighter (and sometimes laugh at life’s absurdities).
I use a tailored, integrative approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory. Depending on your needs, sessions may include talk therapy or art therapy, helping you move beyond surface-level content into deeper emotional processing, all while keeping it real.
Finding the right therapist matters. Therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and understood. I offer a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
If you’re ready to invest in yourself, get off autopilot, and take back your life, reach out today. Let’s turn down the anxiety, help you feel like yourself again, and maybe even enjoy a laugh or two while we’re at it.
